Monadelphous is seeking a Resource Officer to join our busy Recruitment team in Milton, Brisbane. You will source a high volume of suitable candidates through our databases, pipelines and advert responses, while supporting experienced recruiters and managing candidate progress.

You’ll engage candidates via outbound calls, discuss opportunities, assess fit and maintain accurate records. This role offers exposure to major projects and a dynamic, outcomes-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and engage a high volume of candidates for multiple roles.
• Experience supporting recruiters and managing candidate workflows.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Generation of candidates using database, pipelines and advert responses.
• Engage candidates via outbound calls to discuss opportunities and assess fit.
• Screen trades candidates by phone and evaluate experience and suitability.
• Maintain and grow candidate records in the database.
