Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Karratha Projects team, supporting a strong pipeline of current and upcoming works. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support to the projects, including leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a similar role.
• On-site brownfields/mining construction experience or Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Engineering qualification or trade background; right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Development of RFQs and review of quotations; manage technical queries.
• Review of internal and subcontractor quality documentation.
• Collation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Scoping, estimating, delivery and close-out of services including QA/QC and commercial requirements.
• Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Engage and manage sub-contractors.
