Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division in Western Australia, supporting a long-term pipeline of works in the Karratha region. The role provides technical leadership across all project phases, mentoring teams, and building strong client relationships for safe, successful outcomes.

With a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth and a permanent long-term opportunity, the role offers on-the-job mentoring, leadership development and progression

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role within mining, maintenance or construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate project execution activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and delivery
• Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, management of technical queries
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk to achieve successful delivery outcomes
• Review and manage subcontractor and supplier performance throughout project execution
• Oversee quality requirements and documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and delivery efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the site team and more junior engineers
