Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a growing team supporting a major mining and processing operation in Western Australia. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering maintenance and project scopes, including structural remediation and tank replacement works.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Structural or related discipline.
• Experience in mining, maintenance, construction, shutdowns, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop work scopes with client engineering teams.
• Conduct site inspections and scoping for structural remediation and tank repair/replacement.
• Develop work packs, execution plans, schedules and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate access requirements and client-supplied resources.
• Support planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and site crews to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Monitor progress and support quality, cost and schedule outcomes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across site operations and project teams.
