Talison Lithium in Greenbushes is seeking a seasoned Mine Control lead to drive safe, efficient dispatch and real-time fleet planning for the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. You will own fleet governance, data integrity, and production reporting while coordinating across pit teams, maintenance and processing.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a 5:2 residential roster in a scenic region. Accommodation options are available and flexible rosters may be considered for the right

Qualificações

• Significant experience in open pit mining operations and mine control.
• Experience supervising dispatch and production reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of safety, traffic management and fatigue management requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends.
• Experience with Fleet Management Systems and GPS tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Mine Control function to support safe, efficient and disciplined execution of the approved mine plan.
• Own the day-to-day performance, governance and continuous improvement of the Fleet Management System, including rules, dispatch logic, user access, and data integrity.
• Ensure real-time dispatch decisions optimize truck, excavator, drill and ancillary fleet utilisation while complying with safety and environmental constraints.
• Coordinate Mine Control communications between pit supervisors, production crews, maintenance, drill and blast, survey, geology, and processing.
• Monitor shift progress, identify production risks, escalate constraints and support timely corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate recording and reporting of equipment status, delays, movements, locations, payloads and cycle times.
• Support ore control, ROM management and stockpile integrity in the Fleet Management System.
• Prepare, review and distribute daily, weekly and monthly production reports with analysis of utilisation and delays.
• Develop and maintain Mine Control procedures, handover standards and training materials.
