Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Mobile Plant Operator or Batcher to join our Newman, WA operations, supporting concrete production and ensuring quality and customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing the production process and maintaining safety standards on site.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a 2:1 FIFO roster, on-site training on equipment and procedures, and a collaborative team culture on site in Newman.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or supervisory role.

• Ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete batching and front-end loader operations.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) systems.
• Manage water and waste systems and environmental requirements.
• Oversee production to meet customer specs and deadlines.
• Optimize truck and personnel scheduling for efficiency.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and engage contractors as needed.
• Provide leadership and support to the production team.
• Handle admin tasks and contribute to continuous improvements.
