Job summary

Whittens is recruiting 2/1 FIFO FRP Superintendents for major FRP infrastructure and underground projects in New South Wales. The role requires a proven track record as a Superintendent or Construction Manager with a civil contractor, delivering self-perform FRP works and complex infrastructure.

You will work within a family-owned national contractor known for safety, collaboration, and a strong project delivery culture. FIFO roles offer competitive pay and site uplifts in NSW.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager with a Civil Contractor.
• Experience in self-perform FRP infrastructure projects is essential.
• Underground/tunnel lining experience highly regarded.
• Experience with civil contracting and project delivery is required.
• Strong planning, monitoring and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale FRP infrastructure projects in NSW.
• Lead on-site delivery and coordination as FIFO Superintendent.
• Drive safety, environmental leadership and compliant delivery.
• Manage stakeholders and align field actions with project objectives.
