Job summary

Whittens is recruiting an FRP Supervisor to lead on a civil infrastructure project in Dubbo, NSW. You will supervise a FRP crew on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently and to program, with a Monday–Friday roster and a half Saturday when required.

You will coordinate labour, manage stakeholders and promote a positive, high-performance HSE culture on site, with competitive salary, site allowances and weekly accommodations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a self-perform FRP crew within a Civil contractor.
• Strong safety and environmental practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FRP construction works on site.
• Coordinate on-site labour and activities to maintain schedules.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of works.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide clear progress updates.
