Job summary

Whittens is recruiting for 2/1 FIFO FRP Superintendents to oversee large-scale FRP infrastructure and underground projects. You will influence project delivery and promote a safety-focused, collaborative culture on site.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Manager within civil contracting, with DOKA formwork experience and a proactive, organized approach to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as Superintendent or Construction Manager.
• Underground/Tunnel lining infrastructure is highly regarded.
• Experience with Civil Contractors is a must.
• Strong planning, monitoring and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated safety leadership behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FRP infrastructure projects from scope to delivery.
• Lead site teams while ensuring safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet milestones.
