Job summary

Whittens is recruiting an FRP Supervisor to lead on a civil infrastructure project in Dubbo, NSW. You will supervise a FRP crew on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently and to program, with a Monday–Friday roster and a half Saturday when required.

You will coordinate labour, manage stakeholders and promote a positive, high-performance HSE culture on site, with competitive salary, site allowances and weekly accommodations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a self-perform FRP crew within a Civil contractor.
• Strong safety and environmental practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

About The Role

We are recruiting an FRP Supervisor to work on a civil infrastructure project in Dubbo, NSW. The roster will be Monday to Friday and half a day Saturday and scope of works includes FRP (Form Reo pour) such as concrete slabs. We are interested in speaking with Supervisors who have a genuine interest to positively influence construction crews and promote a memorable culture.

Your overall responsibility is to provide onsite supervisory coordination and oversite of the construction workforce including direct labour (FRP) execute construction works safely, efficiently, and effectively.

About You

• Demonstrated experience at Supervisory level managing a self-perform FRP crew with a Civil contractor.
• Demonstrated safety and environmental behaviour
• Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
