Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking experienced FIFO Catering Managers to join our WA Operations. This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing catering operations and ensuring exceptional service standards while managing a team of 20–30 staff in a remote high-volume environment. The position offers a competitive salary of $100k – $135k per annum, a supportive company culture, and numerous career advancement opportunities.

Candidates must have a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of P&L and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate required.
• Proven experience in FIFO and remote hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership experience in management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all catering operations onsite for quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop teams of 20–30 staff in a remote environment.
• Oversee menu planning, food production, and service delivery.
