Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking motivated Chefs to join our team on remote villages in Western Australia. You will assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for meals and functions at the village during your swing, on a FIFO basis departing from Perth with a 2:1 roster.

The role offers a 109k–119k AUD per year package, plus super, nightshift allowances, and provided accommodation and meals. Join a friendly, diverse kitchen team with strong growth opportunities and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience.
• Experience in bulk and batch cookery for large groups.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team in preparing and cooking for meals and functions at the village during your swing.
• Ensure quality and presentation for large group meals while working in a FIFO team.

Education

Australian recognised Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

Trade Certificate (NVQ Level 4) and City & Guilds accepted
