Job summary

Civeo is seeking motivated Chefs for FIFO roles at remote villages in Western Australia. Departing from Perth on a 2:1 roster, you will assist the kitchen team with meals and functions across sites. This is a full-time FIFO opportunity with a competitive package and on-site accommodation.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, 3+ years’ experience, and a strong HACCP knowledge base. WA Driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised cookery qualification (III/IV) or equivalent trade cert.
• 3+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience.
• Experience with bulk and batch cookery for large groups.
• Ability to work under pressure in a diverse kitchen team.
• Strong attention to quality, presentation and HACCP principles.
• Hands-on, enthusiastic, reliable and growth‑oriented.
• Valid WA C Class driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals for village operations.
• Support during functions and events on site in WA villages.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met on shift.
