Job summary

Australian Camp Services in Adelaide seeks an experienced FIFO Utility/Relief Supervisor-Manager to lead camp operations and support ARO duties. You will oversee accommodation, housekeeping, catering support and recreation while supervising site staff and ensuring safety and service standards.

The role requires proven FIFO hospitality experience and RMS booking skills, with strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work across two roster weeks.

Qualifications

• Proven FIFO and remote hospitality experience.
• Experience supervising FIFO camps.
• Experience using RMS booking system.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake ARO responsibilities and training.
• White Card (Construction Induction) and Food Safety Handling Certificate required.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily camp operations during the Supervisor/Manager week, including ARO duties.
• Coordinate accommodation, housekeeping, catering support, Minesite cleaning and recreation facilities.
• Supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor performance and address concerns.
• Maintain RMS bookings, room allocations, occupancy records and confirmations.
• Provide handover between roster rotations and communicate changes to admins and clients.
• During Utility Week, perform kitchen hand duties and basic food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with ACS quality, HACCP, safety and environmental procedures.
• Remain flexible as role requirements adapt to operational needs.
