Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to be based onsite at our bulk earthworks project in the North West Region on a FIFO 2:1 roster out of Perth. The role focuses on delivering accurate admin and coordination services to support Project teams.

You will handle timesheets, rostering, travel bookings, document control, and supplier reporting while contributing to a collaborative, safety‑driven culture with Bugarrba JV.

Qualifications

• Previous admin experience in mining/construction is advantageous.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing/purchasing.
• High attention to detail with data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter and consolidate timesheets daily for plant and personnel.
• Roster management, flights and accommodation bookings.
• Mobe/demobe of personnel and plant.
• Maintain plant records and SMU hours.
• End of month reconciliations for labour and suppliers.
• Data entry of timesheets into payroll system.
• Create project folders and provide access to team members.
• Create daily pre-start forms for project teams.
