Job summary

Absolute Lifting & Safety in South East Queensland is seeking a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage field technicians across SEQ. You will be the central link between customers, technicians and management, arranging daily bookings and site visits to maximise utilisation.

The role requires strong organisation, time management and calm problem-solving under pressure. Experience with job management systems and Microsoft Office is preferred, with a Brendale-based office where you will

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, service coordination or workforce planning.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
• Confident communicator who can manage client expectations.
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with job management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, reliable and team-focused.
• Experience within trades, construction or industrial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling daily, weekly and monthly bookings for field technicians.
• Coordinating site visits across SEQ to maximise efficiency.
• Assist with urgent and reactive job requests.
• Liaising with clients to confirm bookings and details.
• Monitoring technician availability and workload.
• Updating scheduling information in internal systems.
• Support communication between office, workshop and field teams.
• Assist with general administrative coordination.
