Job summary

Absolute Lifting & Safety in South East Queensland is seeking a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage field technicians across SEQ. You will be the central link between customers, technicians and management, arranging daily bookings and site visits to maximise utilisation.

About the Role

Coordinate & Schedule Field Technicians Across SEQ

This is a fast-paced coordination role responsible for scheduling client sites allocations to field Technicians across Southeast Queensland.

You will be the central link between customers, technicians and management — ensuring work is booked efficiently, technicians are utilised effectively, and service commitments are met.

This role requires strong organisation and planning, time management with the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling the daily, weekly and monthly job bookings & allocations for field Technicians
• Coordinating site visits across SEQ to maximise efficiency and workflow
• Assist with managing urgent and reactive job requests
• Liaising with clients to confirm bookings and job details
• Monitoring technician availability, leave and workload capacity
• Updating internal systems with accurate scheduling information
• Supporting smooth communication between office staff, workshop and the field team
• Assisting with customer service as required
• Assisting with general administrative coordination as required

This role is a critical operational function that keeps the business running smoothly.

About You

• Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination or workforce planning
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities

• Comfortable using job management systems and Microsoft Office
