Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in IT / Systems Administration across physical and virtual network devices.
• Ability to operate effectively in cross‑functional or project‑based teams.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to work productively under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across supported systems and product lines.
• Maintain and administer infrastructure and endpoints in line with defined maintenance frameworks.
• Support upgrades, updates, testing, and evaluation activities across environments.
