Job summary

Ventia seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to join our Telecommunications team for the ARCW contract in North Plympton, SA. Lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure delivery of major infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.

You will develop work plans, monitor progress, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while travelling to site locations as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunication network reallocation.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and field crews within a civil construction or telecommunications environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence, with ability to travel and work remotely when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while leading internal crews and subcontractors.
• Manage daily field operations and coordinate resources to achieve project milestones.
• Lead safety initiatives, toolbox talks, risk assessments and compliance activities to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor subcontractor and workforce performance to ensure quality, productivity and project outcomes.
• Develop work schedules and allocate labour, equipment and materials effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, report on site activities and manage variations and as-built documentation.

About The Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while leading internal crews and subcontractors.

About You
