Job summary

Bosch Power Tools is seeking a driven Solutions Specialist to grow our presence across the Greater Sydney market, working directly with B2C end users.

This is a field-based role (80% on the road) focusing on hunting and developing new business through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and strong CRM discipline. You will engage with trades, site managers, procurement and executives to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C, end-user or large-user sales.
• Strong track record in business development and new customer acquisition.
• Hunting and prospecting capability; actively creates opportunities.
• Consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage with site-based users to senior executives.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time-management.
• High attention to detail and disciplined CRM management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-driven, resilient and commercially focused; able to work autonomously.
• Valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop new business through self-generated leads and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and convert opportunities via consultative selling.
• Build relationships with end users to procurement and C-suite.
• Create demand with presentations, demonstrations and recommendations.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to identify opportunities.
• Develop visit plans to maximize coverage and sales outcomes.
• Introduce new products and solutions into target organisations and training groups.
• Manage tender and project opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for market feedback and strategy.
