Job summary

Bosch Power Tools is seeking a Solutions Specialist to grow our presence in the Greater Sydney market, working directly with B2C end users. You will hunt for new business, engage with site-based users to senior executives, and provide consultative, solutions-based selling to convert opportunities.

The role is field-based (80% on the road) across manufacturing, industrial and commercial sectors, with a focus on building relationships and delivering practical Bosch solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C / end-user sales experience and ability to win new business.
• Strong track record in business development and new customer acquisition.
• Proven hunting and prospecting capability and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop new business through self-generated leads and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and convert opportunities through consultative, solutions-based selling.
• Build relationships with end users from tradespeople to procurement and C-suite stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
• Manage tender and project opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity information.
