VERIDAPT in Australia is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our Field Services team, reporting to the Head of Field Services & Safety. You will provide technical expertise, training and support across multiple disciplines as our partners deliver services to customers across Australia.

The role involves upskilling service partners, leading onsite and remote support, audits, and assisting with installation, commissioning and ongoing product support.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ experience in electrical service within an industrial environment.
• Experience with instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong networking and communications knowledge.
• Strong investigation and troubleshooting capability across hardware and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident training and supporting people with different levels of technical experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work across office, site and home environments.

VERIDAPT is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our Field Services team, reporting to the Head of Field Services & Safety. This role is central to ensuring our service partners deliver outstanding outcomes for VERIDAPT’s Australian customers, supporting our industrial IoT hardware and fuel management solutions.

About the Role

You’ll provide technical expertise, training and support across multiple disciplines as our partners deliver services to customers across Australia.

Working closely with Solution Engineers and BDMs, you’ll help upskill our service partners, act as their primary technical point of contact, and take ownership of their technical performance through ongoing feedback, troubleshooting support and targeted training.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high technical standards across project delivery and ongoing customer support, while helping partners confidently install, commission and support VERIDAPT solutions in the field.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across service partner support, project delivery, customer success and sales support, including:

• Providing onsite and remote technical training and support to VERIDAPT service partners.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with the ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with customers and service partners.

You’ll ideally bring:
