Job summary

Levanta is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot and service our workshop equipment across Australia. You will handle maintenance, repairs and training for end users, while delivering timely service reports and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role includes interstate travel on a fortnightly basis, a competitive salary, and access to company tools, training, and uniforms. You will operate with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards in mind.

Qualifications

• Certified mechanical trade with electrical knowledge.
• Experience in field service or workshop environment.
• Willingness to travel interstate on a fortnightly basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow according to schedule to enable timely completion of tasks.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on Levanta products per manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct mechanical repairs and basic electrical repairs following manufacturer instructions.
• Provide timely and detailed service reports from work carried out.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Travel to jobs interstate as required (fortnightly).
• Maintain clear communication with service admin team.

We provide our customers with workshop solutions that span every aspect of a workshop fitout; from concept and design, sourcing and procurement, equipment supply, through to service and maintenance.

A Levanta Field Service Technician provides prompt, efficient and reliable service to our existing and new customers. Field service technician's are responsible for installation, troubleshooting, breakdowns, maintenance, end user training and warranty work on Levanta's range of workshop equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow according to schedule to enable timely completion of tasks
• Carry out work on Levanta products in accordance with manufacturers specifications, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conduct mechanical repairs and basic electrical repairs following manufacturer instructions
• Provide timely and detailed service reports from work carried out
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Travel to jobs interstate as required (fortnightly)
• Maintain clear communication with service admin team

Qualifications

Mechanical trade certification or similar

Electrical licence is desirable but not mandatory

Forklift License is an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in a busy field service roleor workshop environment
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical fundamentals
• Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and low voltage electrical systems
• Operational knowledge of automotive workshops
