Job summary

Embodied Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Technician in Victoria to install, fault-find, diagnose, and repair a range of heavy vehicle and workshop equipment. The role includes traveling to client sites, training customers post-installation, and delivering thorough service reports.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally to support other Service Technicians.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or technical service role.
• Ability to read, review, and interpret maintenance and repair manuals, installation drawings, and manuals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional approach to all aspects of your work and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work autonomously.
