Qualifications

Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues with office equipment.
Must hold a valid and current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.
Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.
Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting any technical problems.
Delivering high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
