Job summary

Toshiba Australia Pty Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician specialising in multifunctional photocopiers and printers to join the Service Department. This full-time, permanent role covers on-site service across Sydney Metro regions, including Northern Beaches, North Shore, South East Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

You will deliver exceptional technical support, install, configure and maintain equipment, diagnose hardware and software issues, and ensure customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role.

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Technician specialising in Multifunctional Photocopiers and Printers to join the Service Department at Toshiba Australia. This full‑time, permanent position will be responsible for servicing one of Sydney Metro's key regions, including the Northern Beaches, North Shore, South EastSydney, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and on‑site service to our customers across a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers.
