Job summary

The Field Service Technician role at JLG, an Oshkosh company, involves visiting customer premises across Western Australia to service, inspect, repair and support access equipment including elevating work platforms, telehandlers, lighting towers and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in elevating work platforms or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel 25%.
• Yellow card and over 11-meter high risk licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs of equipment on-site.
• Travel to customer premises and complete repairs with on-site focus.
• Complete paperwork and inspection forms in a timely manner.
• Liaise with field coordinator and generate service leads when possible.
