Job summary

Rhima Australia is seeking a Service & Validation Technician to service, repair, install, commission and validate Rhima equipment at customer sites across the region. You will work closely with Senior Service Technicians based in Melbourne & Sydney, ensuring equipment operates reliably and validation requirements are met accurately.

Qualifications

• Certification in relevant technical areas.
• Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work.
• Be available for frequent regional, interstate and overseas travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and scheduled servicing.
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections and performance checks.
• Provide professional technical support to customers.
• Complete service reports and required documentation.
• Perform validation and performance testing.
• Complete validation reports and records.
• Assist customers with compliance and validation requirements.
• Build positive customer relationships.
