Job summary

FUJIFILM BI Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hands-on, field-based technical service role across Western Australia. You will spend the majority of time at customer sites delivering repairs, installations, training and ongoing technical support, with travel to regional WA each month.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills and a technical background in graphics equipment, networking or engineering.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical service role, ideally within the print industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and time-management skills.
• A qualification in networking, mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, with a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair Graphic Communications equipment at customer sites.
• Complete equipment installations and provide customer training and ongoing support.
• Manage device connectivity requirements and provide remote technical support when required.
• Maintain service records, tools, parts, vehicle stock and field administration.
• Keep customers informed and escalate technical issues when specialist support is required.
