Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, installations, and diagnostics across customer venues. You will work independently to repair complex systems, respond to service calls, and ensure adherence to SLA requirements while upholding safety standards.

You’ll collaborate with venue staff, capture accurate service records, and use field service tools to report activities. Travel to sites and flexibility for non-operational hours are important for success.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled tasks, preventive maintenance, break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
• Complete equipment installations, removals, upgrades, and game changes at customer sites, including non-operational hours.
• Investigate and resolve complex system faults to ensure efficient functionality.
• Respond to service calls promptly, meeting customer expectations and SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with venue staff and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
