Job summary

Australian Graphic Servicing is seeking a proactive maintenance technician to provide maintenance, repair and fault-finding services for printing and packaging equipment. You will work across diverse machinery, from legacy systems to modern automation, while delivering excellent customer support.

This role requires an A-Grade Electrical License, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel throughout Melbourne, with occasional regional or interstate assignments.

Qualifications

• A-Grade Electrical License held by applicant.
• Strong customer service and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience or interest in automation software/systems is desirable.
• Leadership potential and teamwork mindset.
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude and good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair and fault-finding services to printing, packaging and label industries.
• Work on a variety of equipment from old technology to state-of-the-art automation systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems and components.
• Deliver high standard customer support/service to clients.
• Willingness to travel throughout Melbourne with some regional, interstate, or overseas travel.

The Role

• Provide maintenance, repair and fault-finding services to the printing, packaging and label industries.
• Work on a large variety of equipment including old technology through to state-of-the‑art automation systems.
• Diagnose and effect repairs to complex electrical systems and components.
• Provide a high standard of customer support/service to our clients.
• Be willing to travel through-out Melbourne area with occasional regional, interstate and possibility of overseas travel.
