Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service a wide range of mobile plant and industrial equipment across the Sydney region. This is a permanent position from day one, offering variety, autonomy and long-term career stability for mechanically minded technicians.

You will diagnose, service and repair equipment, perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs, and deliver excellent customer service while working safely across multiple sites with a

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or similar.
• Previous experience in a field service role.
• Strong hydraulic, mechanical and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with mobile plant, earthmoving or construction equipment.
• Experience with EWP, access equipment or material handling equipment will be highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence and strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Fault find hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete field service reports and maintain service records.
