Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a customer‑focused Service Coordinator to manage container solutions across construction and industrial projects in Australia. You’ll work with customers, contractors and operations to ensure on‑time delivery, installation and demobilisation, while prioritising safety and quality service.

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll read plans, schedule resources, liaise with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating container deliveries and field‑based projects.
Strong planning, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and project specs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate container deliveries, installations, relocations and demobilisations.
Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements.
Liaise with customers, site managers, contractors and transport providers.
Schedule labour, equipment, contractors and resources.
Read and interpret plans and project documents.
Manage project schedules, documentation and contractor compliance.
Support safe work practices through site inspections and risk assessments.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
