Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a proactive Coordinator based in Kwinana Beach, WA to assign engineers and technicians based on skillset, location and job requirements. You will coordinate with customers for site readiness, delivery, and scheduling, and plan and manage job scheduling for field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.

You will ensure regular updates to customers at milestones, consolidate costs and hours, and hand over to CSC for invoicing within 10

Qualifications

• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery, and scheduling.
• Plan and manage job scheduling for both field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at every key milestone or as per customer requests.
• Consolidate and book costs/hours, handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
• Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.
• Work closely with other coordinators, managers, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
