Responsibilities

• Plan labour and resources to maximize utilization.
• Supervise and direct team members.
• Coordinate field service technicians daily.
• Process and respond to warranty claims.
• Develop and train field service personnel.
• Communicate with business lines to ensure consistent service.
• Liaise with customers and perform site visits.
• Manage field service jobs in the maintenance system.
• Participate in project-based work.
