Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Field Service-focused pre-sales leader to own the technical vision from discovery through deal close. You’ll architect enterprise-grade Field Service solutions, deliver executive demonstrations, and drive customer adoption with cross-functional teams.

You will travel 25–50% and partner with Account Executives to win complex enterprise deals by proving business value and building customer champions across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or equivalent field service platforms.
• Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence for C-suite and VP audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical sales motions—from discovery to deal close.
• Conduct executive-level product demonstrations and architecture presentations.
• Lead technical design sessions and domain-specific Field Service workflows.
• Build hands-on proofs of concept leveraging Field Service, Agentforce, and related tech.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Professional Services to ensure customer success.
• Travel to customer sites 25–50% of the time.
