Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Field Service Solutions Architect to drive technical sales motions, design end-to-end Field Service solutions, and lead customer engagements from discovery to close. You will work with executives to demonstrate value and deploy Agentforce-driven field service architectures across large enterprise accounts.

You will own technical evangelism, build proofs of concept, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture with a field service focus.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or equivalent field service platform.
Ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to close.
Conduct executive-level product demonstrations for C-suite and VP stakeholders.
Lead technical design sessions and architecture sessions aligned to business goals.
Build hands-on proofs of concepts using Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce.
Translate complex requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps.
Drive customer adoption and usage growth post-sale in partnership with Customer Success.
Develop technical champions and establish credibility with technical and executive stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Services for seamless journeys.
Provide competitive intelligence and positioning to win deals.
Travel to customer sites and events up to 25–50% of the time.
