Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Product Specialist to own the technical vision from discovery to deal close for Field Service deployments. You will architect solutions using Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce, build proofs of concepts, and drive customer value through measurable outcomes.

You will lead executive‑level demonstrations, design sessions, and cross‑functional collaboration with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Professional Services, while traveling up to 25–50% to customer sites

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service or equivalent field service platforms.
Proven ability to architect end-to-end solution designs for complex deployments.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to close.
Conduct executive-level product demonstrations and architecture presentations for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Lead technical design sessions and craft domain-specific Field Service architectures.
Build and run hands-on proofs of concept leveraging Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce.
Translate business requirements into solution roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes.
Drive post-sale adoption and usage growth in partnership with Customer Success.
