Johnson & Johnson invites applications for a Field Service Engineer based in Sydney, Australia. You will lead end-to-end installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of life-changing heart recovery technology, building trusted hospital partnerships across Australia and APAC.

You will shape regional service operations, creating smarter processes, tools and workflows from the ground up, while travelling frequently and maintaining service records with precision.

Formación

• 3+ years of field service in medical devices, biomedical engineering or hospital equipment support.
• Hands-on expertise across installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electro‑mechanical or software‑driven equipment.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitals, distributors and internal teams through clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and travel across Australia and APAC with a valid driver's licence.
• Familiarity with service processes, SAP or Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end field service across Australia and APAC, from installation to troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Provide trusted technical support to hospitals, distributors and internal teams.
• Plan and execute service visits with parts, tools, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate service records, equipment history and calibration data.
• Ensure quality and compliance with medical device standards and SOPs.
• Contribute to APAC service operations improvement and global collaboration.
• Support service agreements including quotations, renewals and communications.
