Job summary

Ultimate Security Australia is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our fast-moving operations team in Sydney. You will act as the hub of service operations, scheduling technicians and subcontractors while keeping clients informed and ensuring smooth project flow.

You will manage work orders, maintain records, and handle invoices, all while upholding safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field technicians or subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails – keeping communication clear, professional, and friendly.
• Create and manage work orders, from initial request to final completion.
• Schedule and dispatch Ultimate Security technicians and subcontractors with precision.
• Keep customers in the loop on job progress and outcomes.
• Maintain service records, customer portals, and related documentation.
• Process invoices, approve subcontractor payments, and handle credit card transactions.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve service issues, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Report safety incidents and follow emergency protocols.
• Ensure all actions align with company policies and compliance standards.
