Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Service Coordinator to orchestrate field technicians, scheduling, dispatch and customer communications across Brisbane, Salisbury and future sites. You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, invoicing support and data accuracy to ensure service excellence.

You'll work with local and interstate teams, use reporting tools, and help drive continuous improvement while delivering a high-quality customer experience with a focus on timeliness and issue

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or a similar fast-paced operational role.
• Strong customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and dispatch reactive, emergency and planned maintenance work to Field Service Technicians.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails and portal requests accurately and professionally.
• Maintain contract, call logging and customer data within service systems and portals.
