Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a Field Service Customer Coordinator to support field service operations in Perth, coordinating customer enquiries, work orders and parts procurement. This role acts as the central contact between customers, field service Supervisors and internal stakeholders to prioritise and execute service requests efficiently.

The position requires mechanical awareness, experience in service coordination, and strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Certificate IV or equivalent business, administration or customer service qualification (desirable)
• Mechanical aptitude or understanding of heavy equipment components and repair processes.
• Experience coordinating mobile field service technicians.
• Experience in a customer service, service coordination or administration role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, service requests and work order activities.
• Assist Field Supervisor with schedule of field service technicians to maximise responsiveness and efficiency.
• Manage work orders from creation through to completion and invoicing.
• Source and coordinate parts to support maintenance and breakdown work.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and build strong relationships.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance and service delivery outcomes.
