Job summary

Burwell Technologies Brisbane Branch in Hemmant, QLD, Australia, is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to expand sales across Brisbane and surrounding areas. The role involves predominantly offsite selling, with occasional on-site support for the team and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Direct selling experience.
• Excellent communicator at all levels.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Planning and time management of call cycle.
• Ability to identify pain points and address customer needs.
• Commitment to OH&S policies.
• Some physical lifting required.
• Forklift licence is not essential but a benefit.
• Knowledge of the industry is advantageous.
• Ability to plan and problem solve.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Continually increase sales of the Brisbane branch.
• Promote Burwell made product range.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Acquire new customers by generating leads and developing prospects.
• Visit prospective and existing customers as per call cycle.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with the wider branch network on sales and marketing strategies.
• Exceed monthly targets.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed.
• Lead and support site personnel to communicate with clients.
• Document project activities, progress and performance clearly.
• Respond to on-site emergencies or unforeseen challenges.
• Assist with other duties as directed by the QLD State Manager.
