Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in a territory-based role or similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Confident presentation and merchandising skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data interpretation (Power BI desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and budget outcomes for the territory.
• Represent the brand with retail and industrial customers.
• Lead product sell-in and support national campaigns locally.
• Be the go-to product expert for resellers and provide technical support.
• Suggest customer pricing within company discount and rebate framework.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to sales team projects and business improvement initiatives.
