Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our Brisbane team in Oxley. You will support sales, service and tech teams, manage databases and handle enquiries, quotations and invoices, while coordinating on-site and off-site services.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, customer focus, reliability, and clear communication. SAP experience is a plus, with current work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
• Customer service focused with reliable teamwork and communication.
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Current work rights in Australia essential.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Take and complete customer sales calls at branch.
• Deliver admin support to the sales, service or tech teams.
• Maintain accurate databases and documentation.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
• Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications.
• Coordinate services on-site or off-site.
