Job summary

YANGZI INTERNATIONAL (AUS) PTY LIMITED – Bankstown NSW is seeking a Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to drive new business with channel distributors and flooring retailers. You will visit partners, present our timber, engineered, laminate and vinyl flooring ranges, and build long-term relationships.

This role rewards performance with a commission structure and offers full training and ongoing support to help you achieve sales targets across the market.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication with management and store staff.
• Valid driver license and access to own vehicle requested/required for samples and visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with channel distributors and store retailers.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts for ongoing engagement and repeat business.
• Conduct regular field visits to distributor warehouses and showrooms to maintain professional relationships.
• Present flooring product ranges clearly to customers and retail partners.
• Support setup and maintenance of partner locations, displays and samples.
