Job summary

Access Express is a leading name in Australia's equipment hire and sales industry. This is a full-time External Sales Representative role based at the St Marys branch, with a field-based schedule from Monday to Friday.

You will drive new business, build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions with support from an established national business. You will identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Proven external B2B sales, business development or territory management experience.
• Genuine hunter mentality with the confidence to prospect, negotiate and win new business.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with people at all levels.
• Commercial awareness, initiative and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to grow your territory and market share.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, key stakeholders and industry contacts.
• Position yourself as a trusted solutions partner, promoting our equipment hire, sales and transport services.
• Get out in the field, visit customer sites, open doors and uncover opportunities before the competition.
• Prepare competitive quotes, provide expert advice and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service, equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
