The role involves coffee training, machine setup, and representing the brand at trade events to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2.5 years sales experience in the coffee industry.
• Must have experience in the coffee industry – machinery knowledge and café operations.

Responsibilities

• Management and monitoring of customer equipment
• Host wholesale customer training sessions and troubleshoot customer enquiries
• Coffee training and machine setup
• Grow existing wholesale customers by offering industry expertise
• Generate new wholesale accounts: Cafes, retail, etc.
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Present product and promotional information, workshops and training to customers
• Occasionally represent at trade events

We require an experienced professional. You might be looking to apply your deep knowledge of specialty coffee to customers, helping them grow and using that superior knowledge to outcompete. Or you could be a BDM or account manager looking to marry your specialty coffee knowledge with your interest in sales.
