PFD Food Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead Sales Representatives across Warrnambool and Horsham. You will report to the State Sales Manager, coaching the team, and executing regional sales plans to lift performance and margins.

You will build strong customer relationships, use CRM data to drive actions, and partner with branch leadership to align priorities and improve outcomes. Some travel between territories is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with experience leading field-based teams.
• Proven ability to lift capability and performance through coaching and follow-through.
• Ability to interpret data and build practical growth and margin plans.

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop a dispersed team of Sales Representatives with field coaching and development plans.
• Develop and execute local sales plans to protect and grow customer spend.
• Build relationships with key customers and decision makers to drive retention.
• Use CRM and sales data to identify opportunities and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, operations, and suppliers to align priorities.
