Kennedy Reid Pty in Australia is partnering with a well-established FMCG/foodservice business to recruit a driven Territory Business Development Manager to grow the QLD market. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on winning new customers, building long-term partnerships and delivering measurable commercial impact.

You will spend one day in the office each week, with the remainder in the field meeting clients and closing deals.

Formación

• Proven track record in winning new customers and growing revenue.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline across foodservice/distribution sectors.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across QLD territory.
• Build relationships with distributors, hospitality operators and commercial customers.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings and prospect visits.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities to revenue.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver a great customer experience.
• Monitor market activity and identify emerging opportunities.
